chaplaincy Oath

With commitment and love do we pledge our lives to humanity and it's condition

“Before God and in the presence of those I serve,
I solemnly pledge as a Chaplain to First Responders:

To honor the sacred trust of this calling,
offering compassionate presence, wise counsel,
and confidential care to all, without prejudice or judgment.

To walk beside first responders and their families
in moments of crisis, grief, and loss,
strengthening courage, preserving dignity,
and bearing witness to their sacrifice.

To uphold integrity, humility, and justice,
respecting all faiths and consciences,
and to conduct myself in a manner
worthy of this sacred oath and the uniform I bear.

So help me God.”
