Salary Range: 60,000–80,000 USD per year (full-time)
Job Description: Provides counseling to individuals and families affected by trauma, abuse, or crisis, using trauma-informed principles of safety, empowerment, and trust.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SPECIALIST
Salary Range: 45,000–70,000 USD per year
Job Description: Supports clients with mental and behavioral health needs in clinics, schools, or community programs. Assists with behavior plans, skill-building, crisis de-escalation, and coordination.
CLINICAL CHAPLAIN (CPE TRAINED)
Salary Range: 70,000–95,000 USD per year
Job Description: Provides spiritual care, grief support, and crisis intervention in hospitals, hospices, prisons, or other institutions.
PASTORAL COUNSELOR
Salary Range: 50,000–80,000 USD per year
