
The Association provides directive trainings in trauma-informed care and behavioral health, emphasizing safety, empowerment, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-informed approaches to supporting individuals affected by adversity and mental health challenges. .

The Association offers pathways that can include Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)–style training elements, combining theological reflection, supervised ministry, and interpersonal skill development for those serving in hospitals, prisons, congregations, and community agencies.
Participants may pursue joint commissioning and licensing recognition through Harvest Christian University upon successful completion of required training modules. The Association also offers Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) certification and a Counseling Certificate, validating readiness for fieldwork and service placement.
